On Friday, February 27th, 2026, the 4th Annual Women’s Power Breakfast returns to The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, uniting Miami’s most dynamic and influential women for a morning of connection, inspiration, and empowerment.

This year’s program celebrates women leading with purpose across industries, featuring three powerhouse panels in Hospitality, Sports, and Beauty & Wellness, hosted by Emmy Award-winning journalist and author Jennifer Valoppi. Guests will enjoy a gourmet breakfast, a curated marketplace of female-founded brands, and conversations with today’s most impactful leaders.

We are proud to recognize our Women’s Power Breakfast Club Committee, whose leadership and vision help bring this event to life: Joyce Gato, Gabriela Interiano, Natalia Kanavos, Joan Kuhl, Karolina Kurkova, Maria Marshall, Ronit Neuman, Nayrouz Olarte, Norma Olarte Becker, Angela Tafur, Jennifer Valoppi, Tina van der Ven and Alexandra Wilkis Wilson.

100% of ticket proceeds will benefit women’s organizations in Miami and New York City, empowering the next generation through mentorship and education.
