On Friday, February 27th, 2026, the 4th Annual Women’s Power Breakfast returns to The Ritz-Carlton, South Beach, uniting Miami’s most dynamic and influential women for a morning of connection, inspiration, and empowerment.

This year’s program celebrates women leading with purpose across industries, featuring three powerhouse panels in Hospitality, Sports, and Beauty & Wellness, hosted by Emmy Award-winning journalist and author Jennifer Valoppi. Guests will enjoy a gourmet breakfast, a curated marketplace of female-founded brands, and conversations with today’s most impactful leaders.
